It’s time to ditch the mask.
You have big plans and bigger dreams.
But life has you buried you under meetings, bills, and bullshit expectations…
And you’ve resorted to masking, conforming, and doing whatever you have to do to survive the system.
With help from a community and coaches who actually understand what you need to succeed…
You can bring your spark back.
You can be the successful (and quirky) version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be.
The neurotypical-dominant corporate greed machine has been draining your drive, leaving you burned out, stuck behind on goals, and questioning what’s “wrong” with you.
(Hint: There’s nothing wrong with you.)
The corporate world isn’t just about where you work anymore. It’s everywhere. Not just in offices and boardrooms, but in your apps, your hobbies, your healthcare, your food, your friendships. Everything has been corporatized, optimized, monetized, and shoved through an algorithm. There’s no off switch.
For those of us with neurodivergent brains, those who already feel everything louder, this nonstop capitalist pressure cooker sends our traits and anxieties into overdrive.
But we all know that what looks like “laziness” or “inconsistency” or even “perfectionist” is survival mode.

Being a mid-life neurodivergent in 2025 is brutal.
We grew up without the words, without the diagnoses, and without the support that young neurodivergents take for granted. Instead, we were fed a steady diet of “lazy,” “too much,” and “why can’t you just…?” Decades later, we’re sitting here burned out, pissed off, and realizing our brains were never broken… the system was literally holding us down.
Meanwhile, so-called neurotypicals were given the greenlight, doubling down on the rift between the two ways of thinking.
Hyperfocus, high sensitivity, bullshit radar, emotional depth are power tools, not flaws – but only when wielded with understanding and intention. Unfortunately, many of us have spent years turning these gifts against ourselves… it’s no wonder we’re so exhausted.
Signs you’re a burnt-out mid-life neurodivergent…
- You’re always tired – even after sleep, vacation, or “self-care.”
- You’ve hit a wall where the strategies that got you here don’t work anymore.
- You feel like you’re “too much” and “not enough” at the same time.
- You’ve had success, but it cost you your health, sanity, or joy.
- You’re constantly masking or code-switching just to function.
- You cycle between hyperfocus and total shutdown, and beat yourself up for both.
- You’ve lost your spark. Your creativity feels buried under responsibilities.
- You know you’re meant for more, but you’re stuck in survival mode.
At CDQ we help smart, creative “out of the box” thinkers turn their quirks into strengths, their ideas into wins, and their dreams into realities.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter “training program.” It’s a full-on support system for midlife neurodivergents who are done playing by neurotypical rules. We’ve spent decades masking, misdiagnosed, and exhausted… only to realize the world was never built for our brains. Neurotypicals don’t get us, so we need each other. We’re here to help you thrive on your terms. No apologies, no mask, no bullshit.
When neurodivergent people are given the right tools for self-awareness and space to grow instead of just “cope,” we become absolute powerhouses. We’re the coworkers who find creative solutions no one else sees, the small business owners who build passionate communities, the friends who show up with intensity and loyalty, the neighbors who fix things before anyone else notices they’re broken.
Neurodivergents don’t need to be “fixed.” We just need frameworks that work with our brains instead of against them.
With proper tools and support, we don’t just thrive, we lift everyone around us with us.
What’s possible with coaching + community…
- New strategies that actually work with your brain, not against it.
- Energy that doesn’t come from caffeine, guilt, or adrenaline.
- The confidence to own your “too much” and recognize it as brilliance.
- Success that feels sustainable… without burning your life down.
- Spaces where you don’t have to mask, and people who just get it.
- Harnessing hyperfocus without the crash and guilt.
- Rediscovering your creativity and joy as real fuel.
- Shifting from survival mode into building something that actually matters.
- Running your own business – or simply living life – entirely on your terms.

Aren’t you fucking exhausted?
Exhausted from masking.
Exhausted from playing by made-up rules.
Exhausted from swallowing the never-ending lies that if you just work harder, fit in better, or grind longer, things will finally click. (They won’t.)
The system isn’t broken, it’s just doing exactly what it was built to do. Make as much profit as possible and control the worker bees.
We’re not here to fix the system. We’re here to help you build a better one.
We’re here to help you thrive, disrupt the system, and finally grab your spotlight.
Officially launching January 2026
Some things we believe…
01
Neurodiversity is real.
The world needs, and has always had, both middle-of-the-pack thinkers and creative outliers.
02
Systems are broken. Not brains.
The struggle isn’t an inherent disability, it’s just that bad design ignores how different minds work.
03
Structure beats control.
Clear roles, timelines, and accountability matter; fake hierarchies and power games don’t.
04
Creativity is survival.
Without small businesses, bold ideas, and neurodiverse leadership, the global machine will crush innovation.
05
Community over corporations.
We’re here to promote an business culture where people aren’t lines in spreadsheets.
06
Most labels are bullshit.
Terms like neurotypical, neurodivergent, autism, and adhd aren’t great, but they’re what we’ve got right now.

But who are the coaches?
We’re elder Millennials and Gen Xers. We’re neurodivergent leaders who clawed our way up the corporate ladder and won. We know the game because we played it, but we also saw straight through the bullshit.
We’re creatives, artists, and builders who are done with masking, politicking, and watching brilliant people get chewed up by systems never designed for them to survive (at least not unmedicated and sane).
We’re not here to peddle hustle culture or toxic positivity.
Our mission is bigger: to build a parallel, ND-run small business economy where creativity and inclusion thrive – and corporate greed doesn’t call the shots.
